Refund policy

Items may be returned as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in new condition. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery via email to Katie@CarsonElizabethKids.com. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of return authorization to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If items returned are deemed to be worn, used or otherwise not in new condition, Carson Elizabeth Kids reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 50% of the purchase price or to return the item to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.
